We have developed programs that can assist leaders in getting to the place they need to be. It takes a commitment to change, and a desire to achieve the results for your life. There is a saying…”crisis brings about change and change brings about crisis” Programs do not change people, in fact what programs do in essence is cast a light on the specific area or issue and then give a person a plan to make the necessary change to bring about the desired result. Programs assist you on the journey to the destination. Programs cannot achieve any results unless the participant makes the decision to commit to change.

Often programs never explain that accountability is essential for development and growth. There needs to be a mechanism by which we are held accountable to continue the process that we initially committed to complete. Our focus must shift from our current position or state to the place we desire to be. We must set goals and maintain a steady course to achieve the desired result. “Goals not written down are nothing more than a dream”.

Keep it simple and concise so that we can live, learn and pass on our legacy for generations to come.

3. To provide a comprehensive and strategic plan for those who desire to get from where they currently are to where they are walking completely in God’s perfect plan for their life.
4. To secure alternative funding sources by which we can maximize the ministry, in reaching the least, the last and the lost.
5. To network with other ministries, organizations and individuals to identify programs, which positively impact those who desire transformation.
6. To provide openness and accountability for funds raised, funds distributed, programs delivered and results achieved.
7. To raise the level of awareness within the community, nation and the world, by which the quality of life for everyone is changed.
8. To serve as a central resource for the recruitment, training, and empowerment of leaders.
9. To preserve, maintain and reproduce in ourselves and in others, credibility, character, and integrity.
10. To operate the ministry with maximum efficiency, to foster relationships by which ministry can build leaders from all walks of life.
11. To continually improve the quality of ministry being delivered by following Christ’s exemplary lifestyle. While recognizing the changing demographics and nature of service that we provide.
12. To model ministry and programming in a fashion so that it becomes the standard by which quality and effective ministry can be measured.
